Knitiversary Contest!

I decided to hold a contest to celebrate my one year knitiversary. Within one year, I have become kind of (kind of, there really is no kind of!) obsessed with knitting. Also, within that year I have determined I can be a fairly decent seamstress. The jewelry making, while still a love, has taken a backseat as of lately. (Beads aren't quite yarn in my little world.)

So, what are the prizes you ask? Well, lemme tell you fine friends…. You can win a $10 gift card to Joann’s Fabric, this lovely little pair of earrings I made or three skeins of Cotton Classic in pink. In your post, rank your order of selection.

What do you need to do? Well, not much. Leave me a comment and the address to a great blog you read. Tell me why you like it. Simple, no?

The details: the contest will be open until my knitiversary on October 2nd. A random number generator will select all winners. International comments are welcomed. ETA: One entry per person and be sure to check back here on October 3rd for the winners!

I’m looking forward to reading your comments!

Great contest!

My all time favorite blog is Dooce ( Not about knitting or any craft, but she is really witty and always has entertaining posts and great pictures!

I would definitely take yarn, earrings, then gift card. I rarely go in JoAnn's. And who doesn't love free yarn!

Here's to another year, plus more!

One of my favorite blogs is:

Lisa blogs from Australia. Besides being a gifted knit designer, she is a wonderful Mom and furkid Mom. She is rehabilitating the cutest little ring-tail possum that was injured last year.

Congrats on your blogiversary. I guess my choice would be yarn, gift certificate, earrings (since I don't wear earrings very often).

But, even if I don't win a prize ...I've already won --- I get to read your blog! Have a great year 2!

One of my favorite blogs is Rose-Kim Knits. She knits, she sews, she posts hilarious commentary, and every Thursday, she posts "Thursdays are For What The Hell is This?" and features horrible knitting or fashions from around the world. It's always good for a chuckle (or a gasp).

Congratulations on your Knitiversary- it's truly addicting (I'm coming up on my 48th anniversary... whoa...)

I can't wear earrings (metal sensitivity), but either of the other prizes would be lovely.
