Living Room

As requested...
Here's my living room. My couch is about 10 years old so let's say it probably has another year or two of life. I need to coordinate it with it now and have something that will look okay with something later. Oh, and I'm in need of a new rug, what with having a dog mess up this one (it's well loved, right?).

Thanks! I agree with you know that one of the tan fabric would go best. The burgandy might be too much of a constrast....IMHO

Hmm I think that the sage fabric would be my #1 pick out of all these fabrics as I think it would look really nice on the antique chair. Also I think it suits the room well as the leaf silouhette in the pattern will complement the leaves on your sofa quite nicely. Also sage is easy to coordinate with other colors so when you get a new rug and couch in the future you will have an easier time picking them out:)The burgundy fabrics seem like they will throw off the room as it is too much of a contrast and the yellow is a so so choice but also an option imho..hope I was able to help with your decision and congrats on finally getting to that goal of reupholstering a piece of furniture;)

Looking at your living room I'd go with the first or last fabric choices for reupholstering the chair.
