Chili is one of my favorite winter meals, both for its full-meal-in-a-pot-ness and for the ease of making it. Surprisingly, this is only my second pot this season. This particular batch could probably have used a bit more chili powder and/or garlic but is still really good. And maybe - eventually - a side of cornbread to accompany this. Delicious!
